This Shipping & Delivery Policy ("Policy") applies to all orders placed through the Fresh Frontier website (freshfrontier.in) and mobile application (the "App") (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by FRESH FRONTIER TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India with its registered office at OFFICE NO. 509, 5th FLOOR LUNKAD SKY STATION, NEAR HDFC BANK, VIMAN NAGAR, PUNE - 411014.
We specialize in quick commerce delivery of organic products, such as fresh fruits, vegetables, groceries, and other natural items. Our goal is to provide fast, reliable, and convenient delivery services. By placing an order on the Platform, you agree to this Policy. We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
1. Delivery Areas and Availability
- Service Areas: Our delivery services are currently available in select locations within Pune and surrounding areas in Maharashtra, India. Availability may expand over time. To check if we deliver to your location, enter your address during checkout on the Platform.
- Non-Serviceable Areas: If your address is outside our serviceable zones, the order may not be processed, and you will be notified. We may cancel such orders with a full refund.
- Delivery Partners: Deliveries are handled by our in-house team or third-party logistics partners to ensure efficiency.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Quick Commerce Model: We aim to deliver orders within 30-60 minutes from the time of order confirmation, depending on product availability, demand, traffic, weather conditions, and your location. This is our standard delivery window for most orders.
- Estimated Delivery Time: An estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout and updated via SMS, email, or in-app notifications. While we strive to meet these estimates, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Same-Day Delivery: All eligible orders placed during operational hours (typically 8 AM to 10 PM IST, subject to change) are processed for same-day delivery. Orders placed outside these hours may be scheduled for the next day.
- Delays: In case of delays beyond our control (e.g., heavy rain, road closures, or high order volume), we will notify you and may offer alternatives like rescheduling.
3. Delivery Fees
- Standard Fees: Delivery is free for orders above a minimum value (as specified on the Platform, e.g., INR 500). For orders below this threshold, a nominal delivery fee will apply, which is displayed at checkout.
- Additional Charges: Extra fees may be charged for:
- Express or priority delivery (if available).
- Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas.
- Re-delivery attempts due to customer unavailability or incorrect address.
- Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout.
4. Order Processing and Dispatch
- Order Confirmation: Once your payment is successful, your order is confirmed and enters processing. We will notify you via SMS, email, or in-app alerts.
- Preparation Time: Orders are prepared quickly at our nearest fulfillment center. For organic products, we ensure freshness by sourcing and packing just before dispatch.
- Tracking: Track your order in real-time through the App or Website using the order ID. Updates include preparation, dispatch, and estimated arrival.
- Packaging: Products are packed in eco-friendly, hygienic packaging to maintain quality during transit. Perishable items may include insulation or cooling packs as needed.
5. Delivery Process
- Contactless Delivery: For safety, we offer contactless delivery options. Instructions can be provided at checkout.
- Verification: Upon delivery, you may need to provide an OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered phone number for verification.
- Inspection: Please inspect the order upon receipt. Report any issues (e.g., damaged packaging or missing items) immediately to the delivery personnel or via customer support.
- Risk Transfer: Title and risk of loss or damage pass to you upon successful delivery and acceptance.
- Failed Deliveries: If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address.
- Customer unavailability after multiple attempts.
- Refusal to accept.We may cancel the order and issue a refund (excluding delivery fees). Re-delivery may incur additional charges.
6. Special Considerations for Organic Products
- Freshness Guarantee: We prioritize sourcing fresh, organic items. However, due to their natural perishability, slight variations in appearance or ripeness may occur.
- Substitutions: If a product is unavailable, we may substitute with a similar item of equal or higher value. You will be notified, and if you disagree, the order can be canceled with a refund for that item.
- Allergies and Dietary Needs: We do not guarantee allergen-free handling. Check product details for suitability.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. All deliveries are limited to serviceable areas within India.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or supply chain disruptions.
9. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this Policy shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
