This Refund & Return Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made through the Fresh Frontier website (freshfrontier.in) and mobile application (the "App") (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by FRESH FRONTIER TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India with its registered office at OFFICE NO. 509, 5th FLOOR LUNKAD SKY STATION, NEAR HDFC BANK, VIMAN NAGAR, PUNE - 411014.
We specialize in quick commerce delivery of organic products, such as fresh fruits, vegetables, groceries, and other natural items. Due to the perishable and fresh nature of our products, our return and refund options are limited to ensure quality and hygiene. By making a purchase on the Platform, you agree to this Policy. We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
1. Cancellations
- Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at no cost before it is dispatched from our facility. Cancellations can be made through the App, Website, or by contacting our customer support.
- After Dispatch: Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are not permitted. If you refuse delivery, it will be treated as a failed delivery, and no refund will be issued. We may charge additional fees for re-delivery attempts.
- Auto-Cancellation: We may cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or other issues beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund, including any delivery fees paid.
2. Returns
- Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted only for products that are:
- Damaged, defective, or spoiled upon delivery.
- Incorrect (e.g., wrong item delivered).
- Not matching the description on the Platform.
- Return Process:
- Inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

- Clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and may arrange for product pickup if necessary.
- Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused (except for inspection), and accompanied by the original invoice.
- Non-Returnable Items: Hygiene products, opened or partially consumed items, or products affected by improper storage after delivery are non-returnable.
3. Refunds
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued only for eligible returns, cancellations, or order issues as outlined above. We may offer a replacement instead of a refund at our discretion, especially for minor quality issues.
- Refund Amount:
- Full refund for the product price, taxes, and delivery fees (if applicable) for cancellations before dispatch or verified defects.
- Partial refund for partial order issues (e.g., only one item defective).
- No refund for delivery fees on customer-initiated returns or failed deliveries due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address).

- Payment Methods: Refunds for cash-on-delivery orders will be issued via bank transfer or UPI (details required from you).

We source products from certified organic suppliers and strive for the highest quality. However, natural variations in organic produce (e.g., size, color, ripeness) are expected and do not qualify for returns or refunds unless the product is unfit for consumption.
If you have concerns about product quality, please report them promptly. We may request additional information or evidence to process your claim.
5. Exceptions and Limitations
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays in processing returns or refunds due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or supply chain disruptions.
- Abuse of Policy: We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if we suspect abuse, fraud, or repeated unfounded claims.
- Third-Party Products: For any partnered or third-party products, additional terms from the supplier may apply.
